Welcome to the New Year! As we enter into January 2021 the weather has treated us kindly! It has been another good week on site! The iron workers finished setting the last of the long span joist and are currently working on the decking over the East Arena. This is our last area to install roof decking. We also had our first slab on grade pour this Wednesday! The roofers are also doing well, they finished the west side of the convention center area and are now on the West Arena roof. Mechanical/Electrical continue to work on underground in preparation for the next floor pour which will be next week in the event center. The drywall contractor is very near completion of the exterior walls. They are waiting for material and will finish next Wednesday. If things continue to go well with the weather we should have all the roofs completed by mid-February! Have a great weekend everyone.
