Photo Requireme nts\nTo be eligible\, photographs must:\n\n Be original photographs taken by the participant or photographs the participant has permission to submi t.\n Feature activities\, experiences\, events\, or spaces at the Iron Tr ail Motors Event Center.\n Be appropriate for a public\, family-friendly audience.\n Respect the privacy and rights of individuals appearing in th e photograph.\n Not contain offensive\, discriminatory\, unlawful\, or ot herwise inappropriate content.\n\nPhotographs may be taken during the cont est period or may be previously captured moments at the Iron Trail Motors Event Center.\n\nThe City of Virginia reserves the right to disqualify pho tographs that do not meet these requirements.\n6. Photo Permissions and Pr omotional Use\nBy submitting a photograph as part of the "Picture This\, V irginia!" Photo Challenge\, participants agree to the following:\n\n Part icipants retain ownership of their submitted photographs.\n Participants grant the City of Virginia a nonexclusive\, royalty-free\, perpetual licen se to reproduce\, publish\, display\, distribute\, crop\, resize\, and oth erwise use their submitted photographs for City of Virginia and Iron Trail Motors Event Center promotional\, marketing\, informational\, and public relations purposes.\n This permission includes\, but is not limited to\, use on social media\, websites\, brochures\, advertisements\, flyers\, new sletters\, digital displays\, printed publications\, and other promotional materials.\n Photographs may be used during or after the contest period without additional compensation to the participant.\n Participants confir m that they have obtained permission from any identifiable individuals app earing in submitted photographs for the promotional uses described above.\ n For photographs featuring identifiable minors\, participants must obtai n permission from the child's parent or legal guardian.\n Participants co nfirm that they have the necessary rights and permissions to grant the Cit y the photo-use rights described in these rules.\n\nThe City of Virginia m ay\, but is not required to\, identify or credit the photographer when usi ng submitted photographs.\n\nSubmission of a photograph does not guarantee that it will be selected for promotional use.\n7. Prize and Winner Select ion\nOne (1) eligible participant will be selected through a random drawin g from all eligible entries received during the contest period.  Drawing will be held on December 3\, 2026 at 10 am.\n\nPrize: One (1) $50 Visa Gif t Card.\n\n The winner will be selected following the close of the contes t.\n The winner will be contacted through the social media account used t o submit the entry.\n The selected winner must respond within seven (7) c alendar days of notification to claim the prize.\n If the selected winner does not respond within the required period or is determined to be inelig ible\, an alternate winner may be selected.\n The prize is nontransferabl e and cannot be exchanged for cash by the City.\n\nThe prize drawing is ba sed on chance.
