OFFICE HOURS & LOCATION
What are the office hours and where is the office located?
Our office is open Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and is located on the 2nd floor of the Iron Trail Motors Event Center.
The facility—including the walking track and fitness center—is open daily from 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
Please note: Special events may require temporary closures of these areas.
GENERAL FACILITY QUESTIONS
How can I see the daily schedule?
Visit the Schedules tab on our homepage to view the latest event and skating schedules for our two 85 x 200-foot hockey rinks.
Is public Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Guests can connect to the City of Virginia – Guest network. The password is posted throughout the facility. You must accept the terms of use upon connecting.
Where is accessible parking located?
Accessible parking is available:
· Near Door 3 (Main Entrance, Plaza/Lobby access)
· Along the west side near Door 4 (Chevrolet Arena)
· In the east parking lot (with covered walkway to Entrance 1)
Guests may drop off individuals with accessibility needs at entrances before parking. An elevator is available for access to the second floor.
ASSISTANCE & MAINTENANCE
How do I report a maintenance issue?
Visit the administrative office on the 2nd floor or submit a request via the Contact Us link on our website.
Where is the Lost and Found?
All found items are turned in to the administrative office. If the office is closed, please check back during the next business day.
How do I request a room or ice rental?
Inquiry forms for meeting rooms and ice rentals are available under the Bookings section of our website.

What should I do in an emergency?
If you are experiencing or witnessing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately.

ACTIVITIES & PROGRAMS
When can I use the bumper cars? Is there public skating?
Visit the Bump N Skate Schedule page for bumper car availability.
Public skating and hockey are available:
Open Skating (April- August): Monday & Wednesday 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM; Friday 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM. Open Skating Admission Fee: $5 per person; Free for Fitness and Skating Members
Open Hockey (April- August): Friday 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM. Open Hockey Admission Fee: $5 per person; Free for Fitness and Skating Members
No Check Hockey (April – August): FRIDAYS 5 :00 PM – 6:30 PM. No Check Hockey Admission: $5 per person (not included in membership fees)
- 1st & 3rd Fridays = 13 & Under Only
- 2nd & 4th Fridays = 13 & Up Only
- 5th Friday = All Ages
Payment is accepted at the 2nd-floor office or in the Drop Box outside of Chevrolet Arena.
Walking Track Hours:
The indoor Walking Track is open daily from 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
Please note: Special events may require temporary closures of the Walking Track.
Fitness Center Hours:
The Fitness Center is open daily from 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
Please note: Special events may require temporary closures of the Fitness Center.
