Beginning Soma Yoga Series at ITMEC
Learn to align your breath, mind, body, and spirit during this 8-week series using a blend of Somatics and Classic Asana techniques. Instructed by Jory Vest, this gentle and compassionate yoga style offers adaptive options and support for your unique body. No experience is necessary to participate.
  • When: Mondays at 5:30 pm (Starting May 4)
  • Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes
  • Price: $10 per class
  • Location: ITMEC Fitness Center, Second Floor (follow the signs).
  • Parking: Free parking is available in the Front Plaza and West parking lot.

What to Bring
Recommended props to bring include a yoga mat, two yoga blocks, a yoga strap or Theraband, a blanket, and a yoga bolster or pillow. Please note that these tools are not required; we have a very limited number of mats and a few other tools for you to use each week.
